Eddie says, “Coming into our space, real estate investment for so long has been a sleepy place where a lot of Mom and Pops are buying rental properties. There's not a lot of innovation. There's not a lot of people coming in, and the ones that are coming in to disrupt it, are typically taking opportunity away from the Mom and Pops,” but that was until Padsplit entered the chat!
